「Staff were so rude and not helpful. My friends and I drove 2 hours for a wine festival, and my friends’ room was canceled and sold without any warning. They were left with no room and nowhere to stay at 9pm. Christian was extremely rude, and the manager Latasha was even worse. Currently trying to dispute the charge for my own room because they refused to call another manager to help with a refund.」

Our only issue was key fob for electronic lock was hypersensitive and it took about 25 attempts each time we entered the room to work. Last morning we had to leave early and couldn't get into room - office staff were not on site for another 20 minutes and we had to leave with stuff still in our room. Worked out but too much of a hassle.」
