“Neighborhood looks sketchy, but nobody bothered us. Very quiet. House was nice and clean on inside. Had everything we needed. The location was great. We were close to downtown and to the Rome tennis center Publix and Walmart were both very close. The coffee station was an added bonus and the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay at this townhome in Downtown Rome was great! We were able to walk to restaurants and it was close to the tennis center (we were there for a tennis tournament). I know it says there are only 2 parking spots, but we had room for 3 cars. The only slight issue was that the house does not seem to have any soundproofing. Not from outside of the house, but if anyone was inside the house, you could hear everything they did. If someone was up, everyone could hear them if they were trying to……

“The host was very receptive and communicated well. We had some issues getting the check-in details, but were able to work it out smoothly after communicating with the host. Loved the house was pet-friendly, and had a fenced back yard for our pet to explore. We found the kitchen well-appointed, with plenty of amenities offered. The bedrooms were comfortable. We had plenty of space to spread out. The house felt clean and mostly updated. The owner might consider a privacy fence on one side……

“We had a wonderful stay at the Malone Home. The entire house was newly renovated with nice upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property owner was very responsive with any questions we had. ”

“The location was great for us as it was about 5 minutes from the Rome Tennis Center where our tournament was being held. As an added and unexpected bonus, there were 2 public courts in a park within walking distance of our house where we could warmup for our matches! Rooms were nicely equipped with charging stations, outlets, lots of lamps/lighting choices, closet space, etc. Our only small issue is that we really needed ice and filtered water from the fridge to fill our water bottles/coolers,……

“In town with my tennis team for tournament. House was great and clean. Great layout for relaxing and spending time with groups or families.”

“Good accomodations for four. One full bathroom a challenge. Needs more silverware/dishes/mugs. Bathroom sink slow to drain. Great location, quiet street. Great Wifi, kitchen hardware, washer and dryer.”

“Super nice little farm house. Our only issue was that we have a 3 year old outdoor loving little boy and didn't realize the house was so close to the four lane US Hwy 27 with only about 40 or 50 feet between the front door and 65 MPH traffic. We should have researched it better so it was our mistake. The little outdoor area was nice and the traffic noise was tolerable but if it had been enclosed with a fence and gate - the peace of mind factor would have been greatly increased.”
