The Hostel Casa do Rogério in Caxias do Sul was a fantastic find! The hostel had a really welcoming and friendly atmosphere, making it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the good communal kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was also super convenient for me. The staff was an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable host, always ready with recommendations and a friendly chat. I highly recommend Casa do Rogério for anyone looking for a great value and enjoyable stay in Caxias do Sul!

Desspaointed with the hostel

I arrived to the Hostel and I already had a reservation where it says that I had to pay to the establishment a 30 Reales, but the Hostel owner said that I had to pay 50 R$, I said that I had my reservation code and everything but he said that the Web Site was wrong and I had to PAY that amount,... so , I has very desapointed with that and I didnt have anyomre optioms of hotels in that area. so... Please the Website have to let them know that What they are doing with tourists is Very wrong, the take advantage over the guests.

Não gostei! Paguei R$20 a mais em diárias em Gramado e nem se compara. Entendo que é um hostel, mas podem melhorar. Pra tomar banho temos que atravessar a recepção, banheiros compartilhados, e um deles sem chave, apenas uma tranca que parece de arame, que na verdade não tranca, só encosta pra não abrir, travesseiro parece aqueles cheio de ar, deita e afunda no colchão, as pessoas andam e o chão faz barulho, pois é madeira velha né, o café da manhã, se tiver 10 pessoas, alguns vão ter que sentar no chão ou tomar café de pé, tinha café, leite frio em uma jarra, pão, queijo, mussarela e um bolo, se quisesse ovo você mesma quem frita, enquanto você tá fritando e tomando o café, os funcionários estão ali lavando a louça. Tem espaço lá fora perto da piscina, organizem lá para o café. Toalha para banho e sabonete é alugado. Sem contar, os recadinhos pelos quartos e piscinas. Não aceitam estufa e tals, mas não tem ar condicionado... O atendimento das meninas é muito bom. Vi que eles possuem mais hostels espalhados, bom ficar de olho, pois isso deve ser padrão.

O atendimento e limpeza, são excelentes. A parede de divisão entre os quartos é estilo uma divisória, o que o torna barulhento. Mas, todas as roupas de cama muito limpas.

foi boa, os atendentes são bem atenciosos, cafe da manha bem simples,porém gostoso; a limpeza era boa, o que precisa melhorar é a questão de lockers nos quartos compartilhados e o acesso ao banheiro e a um dos dois quartos que passam pelo mesmo lugar.

Nice, cozy and interesting

Don’t be discouraged about the hostel entrance...it’s little awkward but once you are in, it’s very fine. They offer dinner, not included of course, but very very nice and delicious! Also, we were able to walk to many places in the neighborhood, it’s very well located! They have band shows in the weekends! My major concern is that they only have hot water in the showers but not in the sink.....during winter down the south, it’s an issue for me.... Other than that, it’s very cozy.
