“I was blown away by their responsiveness. Nelson helped book our transfers from BZE to San Pedro as well l as an excursion before arriving. If you're considering if you should pay the transfer, let me tell you it's worth it. I was able to pay everything ahead of time and was sent instructions on how to proceed when I landed. A driver was waiting for us in San Pedro that took us to the pier where their speed boat was waiting. Jafa handled our luggage like a pro and we only had to worry about……

“Clean, quiet, respectful. The sargassum is contained behind a well thought out barrier between the water and the beach part of this property. We've stayed at several other places in town and more expensive, this property controlled the sargassum intake better than the others, by far. We loved our sea view, second floor balcony place, closest to the water. We loved the service received from the staff. I needed blankets two nights in a row right before close time and they delivered. The next day……

“I had such a wonderful time. The service was great and the grounds and property were beautiful. The rooms were spacious and really enjoyed being able to see and go straight to the pull from my room if I wanted. I loved that they had bikes to use as well that I enjoyed using to get into town if I didn't want to use the carts. I will definitely stay again. ”
