1 bedroom villas fully air conditioned with shared, heated and covered swimming pool

Villa of 64 M² which can welcome you in our property in Cébazan between sea and mountain in the heart of the AOC Saint-Chinian and Languedoc wines.
This villa is non-smoking and equipped:
    a heating / air conditioning system
    a fully equipped kitchen with dining table
    a living room with digital TV
    WiFi internet access
    of a room
    a south-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol.
The swimming pool, usable from mid-March to the end of November, is discovered during the summer and can be covered and heated (minimum water at 26 °). For a family of more than 2 adults, we have the same property in the villa " Syrah "(N ° 6416845)
Parking is available inside the property.
At the time of booking, you can opt for Rental of sheets and towels.
These services constitute additional services on request:
complete bed set: 8 € / bed and per change
towels: 8 € / person and per change (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 pool towel)
On reservation and depending on availability, possibility of having a child's bed and / or a child's high chair.

Belle location au calme

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Danielle et Christian dans leur jolie propriété. Notre maison était très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable ( tout comme le jardin et la piscine) et très bien située, nous permettant de faire de nombreuses randonnées et visites de villages. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation et remercions Danielle et Christian pour leur gentillesse.
