Harolds Hotel CEBU
This hotel doesn’t have clean sheets or towels. The hotel is very old and dirty. It does not look like the pictures that are posted. Hotel room had issues w toilet flushing and sink has barely any water coming out. Horrible hotel. I was there April 2026.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lex hotel, Cebu! Spacious rooms, attentive staff, comfy beds, and an excellent morning buffet.
