一個中規中矩的酒店，但是有點不太容易找到館內設施
飯店的服務跟周邊環境是很OK的，且門口的安全檢查更讓旅客感覺到很安心；但讓我比較介意的是在電梯裡或是房間裡都找不到酒店內相關設施的說明，故我不知道健身房/餐飲/泳池在哪一層樓、或是營業到幾點，這點是讓我覺得有點不方便 房間本身則是OK的，乾淨舒適

千萬別來這家飯店，隔壁飯店的又新又便宜
老舊，沒刮鬍刀，給的用品一整個簡陋，浴室老舊，不值房價，隔壁的飯店又新又便宜，千萬別訂這間，訂二大一小房三人房含早餐，它堅持只給二人早餐，孩子早餐另加錢，常理會有父母訂大人不訂小孩早餐嗎？太可惡了

I was really surprised how clean and nice this hotel is. I do love the fact you can walk-around and there are food stands in the alleyway next to the hotel. My only complaint is that it isn't a walkable distant to Ayala mall. The distance to the mall isn't far - its the safety. You have to cross 3 very busy roads and it is not safe. Dont take the risk and take a cab.

This is our go to place. Every time we go back to visit family in Philippines we spend a couple days in city either before or after. This is only place we stay. Great hotel, awesome staff. Walking distance to mall with tons of dining options. Love it here. Breakfast buffet is worth it, just FYI, it is more Filipino style but they can accommodate a little for you.

Very unfriendly staff and management. Kept reminding us that we are paying less than other guests so we don't deserve any of the amenities. Very bad for Expedia. You should consider them as one of your vendors or pay them more so they can treat Expedia guests as their other paying guests. VERY BAD.

I would love to stay here again. Overall experience is great. From Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, accommodating, you can feel the warm welcome. Cleanliness is outstanding, Food was awesome & delicious. I always go out so I didn’t have the chance to eat the buffet looks like mouthwatering, I will consider to eat in the future. I was very disappointed because I asked for an ice bucket around 11pm but unfortunately the room service told me that there’s no more ice available. I can’t believe that hotel like this don’t have ice for guest. I’m not happy at all.

This hotel was the nicest and cleanest i have stayed in Philippines over several trips, staff were almost all very good. Room service was fast and friendly, breakfast was excellent with a very good range of foods. Only one negative, the young woman who attended us on arrival could not find our booking, she seemed kind of clueless, asking help from her more experienced co worker, Mb her first day on the job but unnerving. had another incident w her later in our stay.
