The place was very nice and quiet and everyone was friendly. They did their very best to help you if you needed it. I will definitely like to stay again next time I stay in Cebu

WE did not like the noise from the events held at the hotel. The fact that they went on till 11.30 at night on some occasions. Also the sounds of what seemed to be someone drumming for long periods of time, at all hours of the day & night.

I know that left my manicure set there and their staff denies seeing it. They need to screen their help more thoroughly with background checks. The breakfast and their breakfast staff was their saving grace. First room, the aircon quit, the 2nd room they had to replace the phone and the cable box.

Maintenance problem

The key card had some problems where you insert it for electricity. Maintenance was informed but it seemed that they had no immediate answer to the problem. I think they wanted to check it but I was still staying for the week-end. I am not sure if the problem was attended to.

Not satisfied

Not cleaned properly. There's nothing inside the fridge even water. No shower cap or hair dryer. No safety vault. Bed full of small red ants. Food choices is very limited. No signal in the room so cannot connect to wifi, no point of providing us the password. The room was not prepared when we check in so we have to wait for few minutes considering the fact that we arrive late. The room is big though but not worth the money.

Very bad experience and bad service

I used to come here often because it's cheap and in a good location, and I would forgive small mistakes but I'm done. For this stay: 1. We were placed at a room near the housekeeping room and fire exit and the staff always talked very loudly and screamed at each other. I'm not kidding. Screaming. 2. Their front desk staff were so lazy that even when I told them about my request for drinking water, they asked me to call the resto instead of doing it themselves. And I told them the resto wasn't answering my call. 3. They refused to give us an official receipt. Which I'm sure is not legal. 4. The bathtub was dirty. 5. The room smelled like smoke. 6. The aircon was cranky and old.

Ut was all good except for when we were checking out. They couldn't find my booking I had done on hotels. I showed them my confirmation and gave them the booking number as well. They told us to wait while they looked and we told them that we were in a hurry to the airport. After a while they still couldn't find the booking so I ended up paying twice for the room.

Terrible staff

the receptionist needs to be retrained or to be sent home. I don't know her name, but she doesn't need to be working. I have never seen such an ugly attitude. Her attitude is just sour.

위치적 최고 호텔

여러번 묵었던 호텔이라 별로 감흥이 없습니다. 시설은 잠만 자기에 적절하고 샴푸와 수건 이외 없습니다. 위치적으로 아주 좋으며, 가격대비 숙박으로는 좋다고 생각합니다. 다만 호텔 보다는 유스호스텔 정도? 라생각 합니다.

The hotel has a good location and services. We could walk to a lot of interesting places that were described in our written guide of the Philippines.

Even though we had the hotels.com confirmation, the hotel didn't have our reservation. After about 45 minutes of searching they finally found us an available room, but it was not the deluxe that we reserved. The next day they put us in a deluxe room, but it was not like the one in the pictures.

Not very considerate. Arrived at 2am due to early flight. Accommodated but have to check out 12nn same day. They say 2am will still count as the day yesterday check in. What a joke!
