A Sunday brunch that brings good friends together. When you feel that Chorizo Rice with poached egg isn’t enough, you can always have the Bicester Breakfast on the side. What is it you ask? Male and female street vendors sell very different items on the streets of Cebu. Traffic is odd there, I've made a left turn across 3 lanes of traffic in rush hour and not waited over 30 seconds. The vast majority of folks are civil and play by the rules.
