We enjoyed interacting with the chickens and even got to see some of the local wildlife and did a little fishing. It is very conveniently located and easy to get into Durham. "We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse while celebrating my daughter's 17th birthday. The home was spotless, charming, and even more stunning in person than in the photos. One of the biggest highlights was the chef's kitchen-spacious, beautifully designed, and fully stocked. Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. My daughter and her friends absolutely loved it-there was plenty of room to relax, laugh, and make memories.with everything we needed. They especially loved the huge selection of board games and puzzles and the outdoor fire pit. Every room felt thoughtfully designed and welcoming, and the peaceful surroundings made the whole weekend feel special. It was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing getaway with top-notch amenities."

"Our group of eight really enjoyed our time at this house. There was so much room to do so many fun things. There were game tables and plenty of outdoor seating for enjoying the various decks and pool area. The pool was kept in excellent condition for our entire stay, which included a few visits by the pool maintenance person keeping the chemicals in balance and the floor vacuumed. We were very impressed. You couldn’t see any other houses from the property which made it feel extra special like a relaxing getaway."
