“The room seemed like it was one that is in desperate need for a remodel. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. Once that issue was resolved, it was passable for me. If I was traveling with others, I probably would've gone elsewhere to stay. The staff was very friendly and helped address the issues I had as best as they could. The breakfast was good every morning. Overall, I'd stay here again if I'm traveling solo but not if I'm with someone else.”

“The room was overall very well-kept. The staff were helpful, although I wish that rooms were checked by cleaning staff daily due to very small trash cans. The breakfast was as expected, although the potatoes seemed a bit freezer burnt and not as hot as I would expect. The parking was sufficient. The pool was nice and warm and the property was generally quiet, even with a number of families staying. “I liked the property but the parking situation is a complete nightmare. I had to drive around and fight for a spot every time I wanted to go somewhere (this was even parking some distance away; I wasn’t trying to get a close spot, just to park anywhere). Total circus and meanwhile there’s underground parking for a valet fee. Don’t tout “free parking” when it really isn’t or open up that other parking area. I was beyond frustrated.”

“Everything was wonderful! Not far from the sports stadiums and six flags. The pool was open and clean, family enjoyed the breakfast. No issue with room, shower, or parking! Staff was respectful and friendly!”

“This hotel is relatively new and features a great staff along with full amenities. My room was very clean and included a small kitchen. The breakfast offered was ample and generous. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness throughout the hotel. While my room had a spacious shower, I would have preferred a bathtub as well. Parking was convenient and free. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Grand Prairie.”

“The first day I lived on the first floor was still noisy, and the bathroom leaked. The next day, the front desk service staff helped me adjust it to the second floor, and the whole was better. The attitude of the service staff is still good.”
