“Was not aware that we had to bring all our own dish/cookware to be able to use the kitchenette. Would've been nice to know this before arriving”

“Location worked out great for us as we were in town for a wedding. Dedicated parking and entry were nice and felt private. There are some stairs to the entry to be aware of but they are not difficult. Very clean. Hosts put in a lot of effort to make our stay stress free. I would stay again if we are in the area.”

“We enjoyed the amenities of being at the Zermatt but were disappointed in the "kitchenette" as one of the burners did not work, there was only one small frying pan (no saucepan), nothing to stir things with aside from plastic forks and spoons, only paper plates and a few plastic bowls. I would recommend bringing a saucepan, a knife, a multipurpose spatula, MUG or cups...”

“Very nice property and location. It is small, but we expected that from the description. The small bedrooms do not have doors and not much privacy, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Eventually I think they should consider upgrading their mattresses, but we are spoiled with ours at home. Overall it was great for the price. ”

“Hotel far away from anywhere and guests were refused access to hotel shuttle. Management rude and unhelpful.”

“Property and room very nice. With the description of a kitchenette we assumed there would be at least minimal cookware and dishes so we did have to adjust on our meal plans, but that was not a big deal.”
