The reason I didn't give 5 stars was, when we arrived I was told the king room with a couch and bay view that we'd reserved and paid for, wasn’t available because the previous person extended their stay. 「Staff was friendly upon check in. They let me check in 20 minutes early, that was appreciated. It's pretty basic as hotels go, priced fairly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But my issue was the lack of hot water. Upon arrival I could only get lukewarm water out of the faucet; my shower this morning ran out of hot water about two minutes in. Not sure if it's a problem for the entire hotel or just the floor I was staying on, but I can't highly recommend a place if I can't have hot...

「Breakfast & hot tubs excellent. The room bed frames both squeaked, the shower drain was very clogged, there was no cord on the night stand clock. Other than those items, the room was very nice. I do wish the advertised fire pits had been lit, or at least had wood stacked by them. I just think for the price & all the rules they gave us, these little problems shouldn’t have occurred. The staff was very nice. 」
