Welcome to Dolphins View, Unit 6C! This beautifully renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning open-water views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

This unit is pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $50 per pet per visit and a maximum of two pets.

Beautiful home with amazing water views. I spent a lot of time on balcony on swing listening to the waves and watching the birds go by. Perfect location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Balcony faces east and has amazing sunrise views.

Unbelievable location being the end condo, surrounded by water on 2 sides. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable and zero problems during our stay. We’ll be back in the future, next time I’ll bring my boat.

Beautiful condo & views

My husband & I love OFM & staying here. This is our 1st stay in 6C & it did not disappoint! The views were amazing & the condo was pretty. It had everything we needed to cook in one night. We enjoyed putting one of the many puzzles together also. My only complaint would be no blinds in the living room (I get wanting to keep the view unobstructed, but it got very warm in there) & the bedroom. There was a fan at the condo & we also brought one, so it was okay.
