Excellent location and the best sunset views in Cedar Key!

I highly recommend staying at the Pink Pearl North! The condo is extremely well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Very walkable to downtown shops, restaurants, and bars. Cedar Key is a beautiful laid-back town with very friendly people! We were extremely pleased with McCormick management company, great communication. Thank you!!

Fabulous views - very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property right on the water. Quaint little town with a friendly personality. Loved cooking in the well supplied kitchen and grilling on the deck. Would definitely come back here again!

What an amazing stay at Cedar Key. We occupied the upper floor. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was very quiet, comfortable, very clean, the view was absolutely beautiful with amazing sunsets. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch people fishing. Everything was in walking distance. The trip was very calming. The communication was excellent, couldn’t have been any better. I would highly recommend this property.

This property was exactly as promised. The view and location were perfect. The unit was very clean. We had everything we needed to cook. The bed was really comfortable!!I would definitely book this again next time. An extra bonus was all the amazing artwork throughout!!

The perfect spot in Cedar Key

My husband and I loved our stay! The view was outstanding and it was an easy bike ride or walk to anywhere we wanted to go. The furnishings were lovely and comfortable and absolutely spotless. We plan to return soon!

Great home, beautiful location, fun town

We had a great time, the place was in a great location and it was perfect for watching the sunset. The golf cart was a really nice bonus as the town is definitely a golf cart community. We didn’t use the kayaks but if we were there longer we absolutely would have and it was so nice that they are available to you. The home was super cute and appeared to have everything you need. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

Best sunset view on the island.

Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean place. We loved it. If you’re ready for relaxation this is the place. (Definitely rent a golf cart!).

Wonderful and Quiet

Cedar Key is a wonderful quiet small town. If you are looking for good food and friendly people, this is the place for you. No commercial junk here! Wonderful condo with awesome sunsets. Only bad part was too many stairs. Great kayaking to nearby keys.

Aging adults stay

Our stay was fair. The living unit was clean and well supplied. The towels were very dingy, dingy white. The little town “Cedar Key” was not as described as in your advertisement. Several places closed up, no longer in operation. The so called beach area was a disaster, very cluttered with debris. It should also be noted that if you need to purchase any groceries, you’ll travel about 25 or so miles to another town with a grocery store. Be prepared for approximately 36 steps to the second level living unit. Definitely not really for older people ( I had total reconstruction of my foot, and my wife had just broke 2 bones in her leg and had a titanium rod from knee to ankle two months earlier). Your staff was pleasant in dealing with.

Lovely home, stunning view!

This lovely place has the best water view ! It’s decorated so nicely, and everything is clean and cozy. There’s a nice outside deck also. There are outdoor stairs leading to the entry and then a set of stairs up to the unit, so that is important to know.

What a relaxing place to stay!

Firstly, Cedar Key is quite nice. Great waterfront area with restaurants within a short walking distance along the water. Fishing, kayaking, great architecture, quite remote area. Super fresh seafood. The place is fantastic! Coffee while watching the dolphins hunt for breakfast was great. Amazing sunsets. The place is well designed with good furniture, well stocked kitchen, amazing views, kudos to the designer for great vibe and artwork. King bed was super comfortable. Ample plush bedding and towels. Great location. Parked the car, walked to the restaurants and kayak rental place. A+

Anniversary Visit

We stay in Cedar Key once a year to celebrate our anniversary because we got married there. This rental had an amazing location and one of the best views in Cedar Key! The sand bar on lie ride across the street is a lot of fun. Highly recommend it but be prepared for a lot of stairs. We're not young and have knee and back problems but it was still doable. The golf cart included was a great advantage to have to enjoy the area. views views

Excellent place to stay

We were so happy with this property and definitely would recommend and stay again. Everything was perfect, so clean and everything you need and so much more!! We spent a lot of our time on the balcony because the view is spectacular, there was even a set of binoculars watch the boats as they came in and dolphins and people fishing from the beach front. Best time ever! Thank you!!
