“I only gave this property 3 stars because the house really need some attention. There is standing water in a boat which results is lots of mosquitos..I am assuming that is the owners boat..there is unused items under the property that needs removed or cleaned up. The inside was very tidy...kitchen was useable...overall not bad but would not rent again”

“The house was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the screen porch. The proximity to the downtown area allowed us to enjoy the golf cart parade, tree lighting, and we even got in some Black Friday shopping with the locals. ”

“Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area……
