“Quick check in. Only issue was I called property before checking in to confirm the card on file would be charged for the deposit as my father would arrive for his room before me. I was assured it would be however when my father arrived they made him pay the deposit instead of calling me or confirming with me first. Other than that great staff, hallways were a bit hot and muggy but room was clean and comfortable. ”

“Myself and my grandson were in town for a sleepover and pick up of auction stuff the following day. I did phone ahead to make sure that I would be able to get a room focused to the lobby or at least closest to the elevators if I was up on the second third or fourth floor. I was greeted and received a room close to the lobby. Couple of complaints I have. Are the eggs that had too much water in them. I was not aware until I got there that I would be charged a hundred dollar security deposit. I'm……

“The staff was amazing and very accommodating for a last minute stay. I rented a 3bedroom vrbo house and the renter would not get back to us on the entry information so we had to find a new place stay which also meant 3 bedrooms. ”
