"Fantastic Downtown Dallas Stay — Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown was excellent from beginning to end. The location alone is a huge win—right in the heart of downtown and close to restaurants, attractions, and everything we wanted to see. The staff truly stood out. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You could tell they cared about making sure guests felt comfortable and welcomed. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, the room was quiet, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully set up. It was the perfect place to unwind after a full day in the city. Breakfast was another highlight—fresh, well-stocked, and exactly what you want to start your day. The dining area was clean and organized, and the staff kept everything running smoothly. Overall, this Hampton Inn exceeded expectations in comfort, service, and value. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting downtown Dallas. A dependable, high-quality stay that delivers exactly what you hope for—and more."

"Breakfast was decent. The egg patties tasted like. Powder but that’s legit only complaint. The staff was more than amazing. I shoulda got his name. But the bearded gentleman at the front definitely made the place feel more luxury with his professionalism. I should have got his name. But definitely very polite and well mannered dude. Clean rooms. My things were never touched. And if I stayed in my room longer in the morning the staff would still come back after rounds to come clean. So anytime I left when I got back it was spotless all over again. "
