“Attended a concert at Fair Park with my firend. The residence was within a mile and was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our stay. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. It's a great stay if you are headed to Fair Park or downtown Dallas.”

“John and Gina were excellent hosts! The property was extremely clean upon arrival, and check in was a breeze. I have felt duped before when booking rentals, where the photos are of a pristine house and then I show up and it is nowhere near what the photos looked like...not here! The cleanliness and set up of the photos is exactly what I got when checking in. The house is very spacious, which allowed us to take advantage of the included beer pong set up ;) Another guest mentioned the……

“Cute refurbished home in an up in coming neighborhood. It is very close to main st in Dallas. It was a great spot for our group to stay while we visited Dallas. Would recommend to anyone looking to tour around the city.”

“Overall we enjoyed the house. Wish there were more coffee cups, towels and sheets for all extra beds, but house was very cutely decorated and a great size for our group. Neighborhood wasn’t maybe the greatest but definitely didn’t feel unsafe especially being a group of girls. Owner was great communicator and responded very quickly to all my questions and needs.”

“RECOMMEND - I was here for business with the Fair Park and various areas of Dallas. It was perfectly located. Everything was under 8 miles away. The protection of a garage was great for our rental car. The house is right next to the highway so very easy to get to where you need to be quickly (minus traffic). The host was very responsive and accommodated our early check-in need without attempting to charge us unnecessarily as she did not have a guest the day prior. For me that was huge and shows……

“The property was not as described in the pictures. Unfinished counters and dirty. Like a half finished flip. It is located in the most dangerous part of Dallas with dilapidated houses on either side and homeless out front. Host did nothing to rectify situation and stopped responding after initial contact. This property is unsafe. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to stay.”

“The house was broke in while we where not there we contacted the host he was supposed to give me a call and never did send me a message that the door and window will be replaced next morning after that never heard back from him. Location is not good at all and do not recommend this stay at all. This property location is not safe at all. We where suppose to stay 6 nights but left the second day after the break in. Also heard gunshots every night.”

“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”
