The biggest problem was very poor communication from management about the true status of services. We arrived by train, and there was no taxi or bus service. "We had a great stay at Casa Nostra. It was in a good location and the breakfast was excellent. The elevator wasn't working on floor 0 which required a walk up a steep and somewhat uneven staircase. The room was very nice, although the bathroom needed some upkeep. We could never figure out how to turn out the lights in the shower and had to ask to have the room serviced. The staff were very nice and helpful to us when asked."
