Clean room. Very helpful staff. An excellent one night stay. Concierge had a taxi waiting for me precisely at 7:00am, as arranged the night before. Staff all spoke excellent English.

Very accommodating staff. Instructed where to safely park the car (limited traffic zone). If driving,advice: locate hotel, unload your bags, register, park your vehicle. Very clean, charming and romantic. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous

Absolutely amazing… out of a film. We turned up and were given a room straight away in the late morning with no fuss. Nothing was too much for them and the service was faultless. Charming room.

No instructions for parking and poor signage in town. Tried calling and no one answered the phone. The loft twin beds were not made up and the mattresses were as hard as a rock! Not enough towels.

We knew the hotel was in a restricted traffic area, so we drove as far as we could and called the front desk who redirected us to a gated parking lot behind an electronics store. Once there we called back and asked for the shuttle, no shuttle you have to call a cab, we requested they call and shortly after were picked up.on check out learned they not only charge for parking but the cab fare as well. One serious thing we thought was for heaven’s sake throw out the carpet in the elevator and replace it with tile. It stinks like a cross between a dirty dog and urine. No wonder everyone used the stairs.

Unbelievable bad experience. Start with rooms. It is old mansion. They took hallway and build in rooms with plywood and some drywall . I’m in construction and this is such a bad job. Anyone who was checking we can hear them talk. Room have hair everywhere. Bathroom dirty. Pool dirty and old. Pics do not portray place correctly. We pay 180 euros and honestly I will not pay 50. Ph and breakfast. At 8:30 am. Everything was empty no water no eggs. Empty jars. So bizarre. This is worst stay we got so far in Sicily. I don’t understand. Building got huge potential. But it’s almost like they don’t care

no view and smallish room but staff and vibe make up for this. incredibly helpful manager-always with a smile. because right in the heart of the old city ,view and room size sacrificed-but well worth it. and beach just an alleyway away!

Sehr schönes Hotel

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage und damit nicht ganz ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, leider hört man viele Geräusche von der Straße. Alles andere ist sehr schön. Der Parkplatz zum Hotel ist außerhalb der Altstadt und damit nur nach längerem Fußweg erreichbar. Man kann vom Hotel ein kostenpflichtigen Shuttle nutzen. Frühstück ist gut.
