VILLA WITH POOL AND PANORAMA EXCLUSIVE

Villa with pool near the center of Cefalù, suitable for a family who want to spend their holidays in total tranquility with the utmost comfort. The apartment is equipped with rooms fully furnished and decorated. It has an entrance that introduces you into an open-space with large windows from which you can admire a splendid panorama of the coast, the town and the Rock of Cefalù. On clear days the Aeolian Islands are clearly visible. Equipped with a living room-kitchen with majolica-style majolica, with sofa bed and pouf, 2 Tvs and Wifi, includes a part of the sleeping area with a mezzanine with double bed and underfloor cabinets. Adjacent, a first bathroom with shower complete with services. In an adjacent room but bordered by a retractable door, another double bed overlooking the pool, and a small room with a bunk bed. This reality is served by a second full bath services, hydromassage shower equipped with radio. Next to the bathroom there is a space dedicated to ironing with iron and ironing board. The rooms are served by air conditioners and, for the winter, by a pellet stove.
The peculiarity of this property is the beautiful swimming pool with its terrace with BBQ area, outdoor kitchenette and sun-protected table with panoramic sea and city views.
In addition to the terrace, on the pool floor there is a relaxation terrace, just below the chalet, for those who love to isolate or for those who intend to devote themselves to reading or listening to some music. The garden is full of seasonal fruit.

Great property

Francesco and Giovanni were excellent hosts. Very attentive and friendly. Getting up the hill can be a challenge but once you are there, the view will not disappoint. The pool is a great relief from the heat. You’ll love it.

Complete disappointment and falsely described

This property is described as exclusive rated 9.4 exceptional with 26 reviews dating back to 2015 as a Villa with pool and panorama views. The view and rating compelled me to book the property. From the VRBO description “this Villa has an entrance that introduces you into an open space with large windows from which you could admire a splendid panorama of the coast, the town and the rock of Cefalu. On clear days the Aeolian islands are clearly visible.” This description is completely false. The Villa is NOT exceptional and there is no view. The view is view completely blocked by overgrown shrubs and trees. The house is advertised as having two bedrooms. In reality, it is only one bedroom with two open spaces, one in the living room and one in the bedroom that are allocated to a bunk bed and a very high bed. The high bed is described as a mezzanine. There is no privacy in this Villa for the bedrooms. Living room couches are very shabby and are covered with large throws. The driveway up to the villa is extremely steep. Our car had a very difficult time coming up the driveway to a very narrow turn for parking. The parking space was very small and hard to maneuver into. At one point due to the slope and curve one rear tire came off the ground. It was very dangerous. I don't know how we would have maneuvered parking in that spot in the dark without damaging the car. As soon as we entered the villa we were accosted and bitten by mosquitos. The property is uninhabitable.

We had a wonderful stay at this home while in Cefalu. The view of the city are incredible and it is a 3-5 minute drive to the city center.

Amazing view

We had a wonderful 10 days at Villa Agape with my wife and two children (7 & 9yrs) and my the grandparents. The apartments have everything that you need and Christian and Francesco are very welcoming and helpful. We took the larger apartment and one of the studios. We didn’t realise until we got there that the larger apartment is below the pool and terrace and also the bunk bed room is part of the main bedroom both of which were not a problem but just not clear from the description or photos. The view and sunsets were simply amazing every evening and the local town and beaches beautiful.

Perfect Trapani stay!

We were so lucky to get to stay at this wonderful apartment overlooking the sea. Perfectly appointed for our family with many beds and stocked kitchen with beautiful gifts from this loving family. Nearby are amazing restaurants and car park and jumping off point to the Egadi islands. We were able to take our kids to the nearby playground and eat local foods all in walking distance. We definitely plan to return!

Recommend/Would Stay Again

This property is lovely! The views are spectacular and the pool is divine. The kitchen is nicely appointed, they had a cold liter of water in the fridge, coffee stocked, and morning snacks waiting for us. Walking in you may not think much but this place quickly became our vacation home! It’s small but efficient, we loved two bathrooms and to spread out sleeping in three areas. In unit laundry…important! Cristian was attentive, kind, and did a great job. He’s an excellent property manager! The language barrier was difficult however Translate was helpful when he remembered to use it but often he spoke Italian to us like we understood the language. Things to be aware of: 1) If you drive, the hill is not for the faint of heart. I made it up the first time and was happy I did because lugging our bags from the bottom wasn’t an option for us. Be brave and you’ll do fine. Also, reserve a manual car if possible. 2). There’s a construction site below the property. This is not a deal breaker but I would have liked to have known. It was noisy and a bit dusty at times so keep the windows closed during those hours. 3). There’s a musky odor in the house. It was stronger when we first walked in but we got used to it. It’s obvious this property is cared for and it was truly a lovely stay. The pool is the bomb!!

Lovely home in the hills of Cefalu

We truly enjoyed our time at Villa Agape. Cristian, the property manager was so helpful and gracious. This space was perfect for our family of 4 and is set away from the down with beautiful views of the coast. Once we got used to the parking (narrow cars recommended or park down the hill) all was good. The house was clean and lovely. The pool was cool and refreshing and my 12 year old loved that you could see into the master bedroom from the pool. Very Cool. I highly recoomend this location for exploring Cefalu, the surrounding towns and even day trips into the mountains and vineyards. Also the roof/pool area had perfect sunset views. We hope to be back one day soon!

Excellent Stay in Cefalu

We loved the place. It was perfect for our family of four, Two teenagers and two adults. We used the pool everyday after spending time at the beach. The walk to the beach is about 25-30 minutes down hill and uphill. The walk back is great exercise or you could use a cab to get you back. The restaurant’s in town were plentiful. We had a great time, and if we came back, we would try to book the same place, because the views were excellent, the pool was perfect, and the hosts were helpful, welcoming, and available.

We had a very nice time at Villa Agape onfortunaly the add says the swimmingpool is private but this is not the case agency says than it have to say exclusive,the owner is more than friendly and helpfull apart from the miscommunication regarding the pool we had a very pleasant stay

Très bizarre !

Le propriétaire n’a pas du tout été arrangeant, il vit à côté son jardin donne sur la piscine. De plus ils nous surveiller avec une caméra de surveillance et nous a bien fait comprendre qu’il s’en servait car nous avons reçu un ami, nous étions 9 et il l’a su grâce à la caméra ! Honteux ! Je ne sais même pas ce qu’il va faire de nos données !

Beautiful setting

Villa Agape was a little piece of heaven! The pool was fantastic and kept really clean whilst the view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially to sit and watch the sunset. Perfect place with amazing views and hospitality

We could not have been happier to arrive on our first day in Cefalu after a 35 hour travel day to Villa Agape. Francesco was thoughtful, polite, and over the top helpful in every way. The villa was clean and comfortable and the private pool was just what we needed to relax and unwind from our travels. The fridge was stocked and the house was inviting. Francesco and the drivers made our trip easy and accommodating. Our trip was even better knowing Francesco. I would highly recommend this place and we will come back.

Beautiful sunsets

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Agape. The house was very charming inside and the pool area was fantastic. The view and the sunset was absolutely breathtaking. The owner was super friendly and helpful, ordering taxi and recommending a great restaurant for us. Our stay wouldn't have been the same without Francesco's kindfullness. Francesco went out of his way to make us feel at home! His home and the apartment he rented us is amazing! He greated us with a fully stocked fridge, coffee, wine, special olive oil and fresh flowers! House has everything you need for a home away from home! Amazing views and stunning pool!! Francesco recommended a couple restaurants to us that we went to that are also amazing!

Superb villa

An amazing villa with the stunning views from the roof top pool and terrace. Great for lovely sunsets too. Skylight in the pool kept us entertained. V good sized pool plus versatile seating areas including a hammock and swing chair. Parking outside the property not easy but easy to park on the road close by. MD supermarket handy but parking in Cefalu crazy. We parked outside the football stadium each time we went into town as easy to get to and always plenty of room and only a 15 min walk away - though up a steep hill on the way back.

Villa Agape-A Luxurious Clifftop Retreat with Stunning Views of Sea and Cefalu

The dramatic beauty and serenity of Villa Agape are apparent immediately upon arrival. The villa sits high atop the cliffs with a sweeping view of the sea and sky as well as old town Cefalu.  The interior is tastefully appointed and well-designed with no detail omitted for the guest’s comfort and convenience. The lovely bedroom spaces and fully equipped, aesthetically pleasing kitchen and veranda (complete with retractable awning) overlooking the seascape make the villa a luxurious and tranquil hideaway. The pool area on an upper level is breathtaking—large pool, chaise lounges, gas grill, hammock and picnic dining table—all perched above the seascape. The villa offers onsite private parking and is conveniently located-only a five minute drive to old town Cefalu-where easy access public parking is available.

Pleasant relaxing stay

The villa is situated on a unique location near Cefalu, with marvellous views on the sea and village and sun all day. Our family enjoyed the well maintained large terras and private swimming pool. The hospitality was good. Inside the villa was OK, but not perfect considering the high rental rate.

Excellent villa with beautiful views of Cefalù

Property was very clean and comfortable for our family. The pool was fabulous with amazing views to Cefalù old town and La Rocca. Our host Francesco recommended places to eat in Cefalù and where to visit on the island. He was always available to help and make our holiday perfect. Cefalù is a lovely resort - great restaurants, beautiful old town, clean beach and great location to visit other places on the island.
