Sehr verwahrlost

Wir haben diese Unterkunft mit 9 Personen bewohnt. Jedes Alter war dabei. Leider ist hier nichts wie auf den Fotos… Alles ist gruselig dreckig und nicht instand gehalten Eigentlich wirklich schöne Räumlichkeiten sind einfach nicht geflegt und durch und durch und dreckig!!

Tout a été parfait, location, propriétaire extra, gestion du quotidien Seul point à noter, un peu éloigné du centre et de la mer 5km, voiture obligatoire pour sortir le soir et stationnement cher à Cefalu Très bon séjour et le cadre est magnifique

Bon rapport qualité / prix

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa. Très accueillante et très bien accueilli, les photo ont une dizaine d'années, les installation ont changé plutôt positivement dans l'ensemble. Un chien est venu passé la plupart de ses soirées avec nous, nous en déplaise ! Très bon séjours dans l'ensemble qui nécessite un véhicule.

Une super semaine de vacances

Giovanni est un hôte hors catégorie. Il se rend disponible à tout moment pour répondre à nos demandes. Encore un grand merci à lui. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable. La terrasse et la vue sont juste exceptionnelles. Enfin, nous n'avons manqué de rien, la maison est très bien équipée! Pour terminer, nous avons pris plaisir à visiter Cefalù et ses environs (notamment en bateau, loué au port)... De super coins! Bref, une super semaine de vacances!

Séjours août 2019

Un séjour agréable pendant 15 jours à 12 personnes La vue sur la terrasse est magnifique, et la maison est bien agencée afin de vivre à 12 sans être les uns sur les autres. Le parking pour 3 voitures est un peu serrés mais une fois habitué c'est facile de se garer. Des escaliers vous mène du parking à la villa, attention avec des petits en bas âge c'est vite fatigant. Cefalù est à 12 MN en voiture, et la maison est un endroit très agréable et calme où nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur grâce à la hauteur de la montagne. Giovanni est toujours disponible, un petit SMS et les demandes sont toujours prises en compte rapidement.

Agréable séjour

Une semaine sympathique cependant plusieurs remarques. Maison compliqué à trouver, accès parking par une autre entrée avec une forte pente et loin de la maison. De nombreux escaliers et un fort dénivelé pour accéder à la maison après s s’être garé. La maison est en 3 blocs. Un bloc de 3 chambres avec salle de bains un bloc cuisine et séjour intérieur et un bloc composé d une belle cuisine d été avec un espace barbecue et four à pizza immense. Cependant électroménager fonctionnant moyennement. Les deux dernières chambres sont sous la terrasse avec peu d ouvertures donc très sombres. Le coin piscine et terrasse est agréable avec une vue magnifique. Un autre bémol les chiens du quartier sont restés avec nous toute la semaine même si ils sont très gentils cela peut être problématique. Malgré ces remarques la semaine s est bien passé et on a pu profiter au maximum

gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Super Aussicht, schöner Pool, toll mit Schul-Kindern. Die Küche war teilweise etwas schmutzig (ungewaschenes Geschirr im Schrank), was wohl an den Vormietern lag.

many issues

dirty, many cooking stuff not clean, dishwasher enable to do a complete cycle, air conditionning able to cool from 3 or 4 in the morning when cool enough outside, dogs barking all night, one night and day, swimming pool not as the picture as surounding has been redone with wood and give a strong sens of poor DIY results.

Very peaceful property:beatiful sea view.

A very nice country house well equipped and confortable. The villa has 5 bed rooms. In 3 out of 5 bathroom is ensuite. We had most of our meals on the terrace. Great barbecue. In the larger one you can cook for 20 people: enormous. We involved us also as pizza maker in the external large oven set outdoor. The result was pretty good thanks to the help o Gianni (the manager of thr villa always avaible on our request to give us assistance). Cefalu is not far: 6 km. It is a bit overrcrowded but it's worthwhile going to the beach or walking in this pituresque small village in the eveing. Our children enjoyed very much the pool. The villa has several shaded area where you can repair from the sicilian sun. Sometimes . Thanks to God ac worked very well. I hope to come back again.

Spacious property with nice view

This property gave us and a fellow family lots of space to enjoy the Sicilian sun. The pool was great as was the view towards the surrounding hills and the sea. It was nice to experience a somewhat cooler climate than down the sea. On the downside, it took us half an hour to drive up and down the hill to get fresh bread in the morning. The property is somewhat run-down with the odd gadget not working. The owner tried to fix everything though. This is not a luxury property but I would recommend it to families looking for a good value vacation, if you are not looking for service in the immediate neighbourhood.

A very relaxing holiday

Five of us stayed at Villa Giovanni for a week. The views from the terrace and the pool were the things we most appreciated. The living & dining areas are open and spacious. We ate most dinners in and found the kitchen to be just what we needed. Villa Gioavnni is located perfectly for day trips to Madonie Park and Palermo. We shopped for our dinner supplies in Cefalù, finding delightful produce, meat & fish markets. Gianni, the owner, was very helpful in giving us suggestions for site seeing. We are definitely recommending Villa Giovanni to friends for their travels next year! Hello Gianni!! Many greetings from Tom.
