Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Upon arrival we messaged the host and customer service. we waited one hour to have access to the keys. The entire room was dirty. There were two bags full of garbage in the kitchen. The bed was not made. The bedsheets sheets were soiled. In the bathroom the towels were soiled. The kitchen was missing the stove. Definitely an uncomfortable situation you don’t want to experience, eventually we have to go through all the proper channels/parties in order to get a refund back.
Stayed 7 nights in Nov 2025
