“Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues:
1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water
The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient.

“We were disappointed when we arrived to see a room that did not reflect at all what is shown on the site. Towels were dingy, floor was dirty, the carpet runner in front of the bath room was dirty.
