“Location is stunning and the walks along the cliffs were breathtaking. Breakfast buffet was plentiful but the hot food was not very good. Have had better at a Premier Inn. The morning we checked out something nauseating that smelled like poo had been sprayed or dumped nearby and it assaulted our noses upon exiting the building. Glad we were leaving that day as we would have been stuck inside. Also, our bathroom towel bar and fan were not working. The outside patio lights need to have a switch to……

“The room was clean and well presented in a pretty idyllic location. Quite and not very looked. Local pud was within a 10 minute walk and they served great food. The pud overlooked a river and in the summer months there seating available to be able to sit along side the river. We were provided with tea, coffee and biscuits. “Our stay at Y Cartws was lovely and relaxing, very cosy cottage. Was amazing to walk the ground and interact with the goats and horses. The nearby river was very relaxing to listen to, especially in the hot tub at night. Hot tub is at a set temperature which cannot be adjusted. Amenities were great, kitchen is well stocked with utensils and had delicious home made brownies waiting for us. Property was mostly clean but there was some negatives, bathroom was either mouldy or mould stained.……

“Very pretty cottage. Close to the train station and taxis, and the Pembrokeshire Coastal Foot Path (breath-taking views). An easy walk into Fishguard and restaurants, pubs, grocery store, etc. We give the bed an “8” for comfort, but everything else was perfect or better! The owners left us a bottle of wine and some Welsh cookies, there was plenty of hot water, and the locals were friendly, relaxed and helpful.”

“Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on……
