「Just what we wanted! Onsite parking and electric charging. A well fitted room with a great bed and a lovely large shower. Fridge and microwave made the stay very easy. The rooms are well sited near the restaurant and shops」

「The host was friendly helpful and I had an enjoyable stay. Welsh breakfast was delicious and of high quality. Bedroom is spacious and comfortable. It is a bit away from the castle but 10 mins walk from pubs and restaurants so it is quiet at night. Host was helpful in trying to get me a taxi for Sunday which was a bit of a chaos. If I pass by there that would be the place I stay.」

「Nice hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. There were a view issues with the service, but management sorted them out quickly. Food portion on small side for a man’s appetite. 」

「This hotel was a real find. A lovely stay and was a real lovely place to come back to at the end of a busy day out. The rooms were very well appointed modern, clean with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. If I had to be really picky I would have liked a wider range of food available for breakfast as in a selection of bread not just brown or white sliced, and freshly prepared fresh fruit. Alternatives for people who do not appreciate English Breakfast at that early time in the morning....

「Roomy dog friendly accommodation located off the courtyard. Not wonderful in bad weather as have to walk across the courtyeard in the rain to get to the main building.」

「A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future.」

「Spacious room with access to mezzanine floor containing air beds and use of kitchen as agreed with the owners. We were there to attend our daughter's 40th birthday party and were able to use the kitchen to complete decorating the cake which we took to the party. Nice breakfast and convivial hosts.」
