「The room was nice. It was small but they clearly state the size so you know before you book. The floors in the bathroom are heated and the shower is nice. Staff was very friendly and it is conveniently located near several tube stations. We really enjoyed our stay. 」

Unfortunately, the spa experience, which was a key reason I chose the hotel, was a major disappointment. The spa reception team were friendly and recommended a hot stone massage, but I was instead given what seemed to be a standard full body massage. It felt more like a body rub than a proper treatment. 「Faultless! Location is fantastic but so quiet with it being on a quiet pedestrian square. Staff were all super friendly, hotel is spotless and our room was 10/10 comfortable. Nice touches with unique mini bar additions and fun design touches in the room, really recommend :)」
