my single room was comfortable , clean and a trifle small. The staff were helpful and efficient. Was very satisfied by the standard overall. it was unfortunate that one of the main lifts was not working so reaching the higher floors could be slow.

Would have liked that in the price they could have included cleaning of the room. Or at least let us know in Expedia of what is not included in the price
