"Parking was quite inadequate, but it was Mega Con so I guess it was to be expected. "

"We had a recently renovated room. It was good, but the shower is very small and it's hard to move around in there. The towels are also very small (both bath and pool towels) and thin. The bed was also not that comfortable and made a lot of noise when I got up from it. It was also kind of ridiculous to charge $50 for early check-in when our room was clearly ready. I've never had to pay that at other properties. Overall, we liked the food options and the water park. The luau was also very good."

"Everything was fine, we actually drove there, the registration process was easy checking in and checking out. Nice clean area."

"Checking in at 2am was easy and very nice we had a shuttle waiting to bring us to our room. Resort is huge!! Pools are nice, lots of chairs and an abundance of towels available. Kids enjoyed basketball and the pool volleyball net. Large hot tub was also really fun. Dinner at Zimmies was great too!"
