“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa: it was our base for a dream holiday. Rafaele was a perfect host; there was a slight problem with mosquitoes at the pool and he brought sprays and mosquito coils for us; when we arrived there were two bottles of wine waiting for us and later in the stay he brought us his own olive oil, not to mention the delicious tomatoes from his garden!The villa was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 8 people. The pool was spotless and we used it every day.……

“This was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip. The surroundings were beautiful and the hosts who only spoke Italian were absolutely lovely. We were about 15 minutes from Montepuciano in a quiet farm area. One night we had the hosts cook us an anniversary dinner for our friends which was so much fun. Highly recommended. ”

“The villa is spacious with big bedrooms and five good bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and our big family with 8 adults and 6 children had everything we needed for our 14-day stay. There is a big pool beautifully located in a separate part of the garden. The trees and bushes give shadow all through the day so there is no need for umbrellas.
