“I had lunch which had fantastic choice and was fantastic ”

“Huge comfortable bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with separate bath plus a walk in shower. We booked the spa, dinner, bed & breakfast break - the spa was nice but the water in the outdoor pools was too cold.”

“- poor house keeping services - always forgot replace clean towers, refill tissue and forgot dispose toilet rubbish and I clean it myself. - no hand wash gel as no stock - ask for replace bed sheet and vacuum carpet by tenant every time - want to raise up staff - Ms Jane (old lady at reception), as one time house keeping forgot to clean my room and she clean up my room, replace towers, dispose rubbish and vacuum carpet by herself, but she was just receptionist!”

“Easy self check in, location right in the heart of town, decent size room and en-suite, nice to have bottled water provided even better if there had been a fridge to keep it cold. Only problem was the electric box above the door was humming/buzzing all night so I didn’t get any sleep!”

“Great stay room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was massive and really comfortable and the bath was awesome really big with room for two. Breakfast was great with loads of options. Loved it and would recommend. ”

“I have a very pleasant stay for four nights. Easy access, free parking outside the property. The room is spacious and very clean. Staff are very responsive and care about my need and queries. I didn’t use the kitchen much but seems it is big and get the utensils for cooking. I would recommend people to stay there.”

“The inside of the hotel is far nicer than it looks from the outside. We booked a dog friendly family room. The room was clean, the beds comfy. The bathroom was well fitted and the shower was really poweful, which was pleasing. Overall very happy. The breakfast was quite nice, with good quality ingredients. Two 'even better if' s'. 1) The coffee in the morning was not good. It was dispensed out of a big urn. Not great quality/choice and not hot. 2) squeeky floorboards. I would stay there again. ”
