“I loved the feel of a home without having 1 room for everything except bathroom. My only problems were 1 never saw a door like that so had no idea how to put in the code, thats on me lol, and 2 daughter had a medical procedure while there and I didn't think ahead to that to realize she shouldn't have been going up and down stairs, but thats on me too. I loved the whole place.”

“We went to the pool Friday around 2:30 and it was very busy but there were two sitting areas that were empty from the time we arrived for over an hour. We sat on the concrete and asked if we could sit in one of them and they said they were reserved. We had one reserved for Saturday and it clearly states they will only hold it 15 minutes past your reservation. These were unoccupied for well over an hour so we left. How surprising you would give up money on two seating areas that we said we only……

“The hotel is in a very good location. Very close to downtown Memphis. Close to pubs and restaurants. The only things I don’t like is the door of the bathroom that is not really giving you enough privacy, especially if you are sharing the room with friends and not your partner/family. For the rest the hotel is nice and very well maintained. The staff is nice and courteous. ”

“The hotel had a driver that if available would drive us to a place within a certain vicinity and James was wonderful and always available when we needed a ride. We had parked in an off site garage that was cheaper called....SpotHero and saved$100 in 3 days but couldn't use the car until we were ready to leave Nashville. This was not a problem for us.....and we could choose the garage that we wanted. One was directly under the hotel Canopy with security.”
