“Great time, property was clean, comfortable and centralized for our plans”

“Your home away from home. You need nothing but your clothes and food. You do not need a lot of food as there are a lot of great restaurants. Make sure to bring walking shoes for shopping. What made it extra special was we were able to sit outside and see the Aurora borealis. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with our family.”

“The house had lots of room & perfect space to hang out & play games. Convenient location to downtown & stores. Wish the weather was nicer so we could have used the bikes & water toys. House really had everything needed to make it feel like home.”

“The house was very clean and as pictured. Mike was very helpful and friendly in pointing out things to know for our stay. Beds were comfortable (seemed new) and were Temperpedic/memory foam material- which we love. Kitchen is nice, large and a great place to gather. Easy access to downtown Frankenmuth. Would definitely stay again if we return.”

“Cindy was very welcoming from the start and made everything extremely easy when it came to getting access to the house. Even with booking fairly short notice, the house was perfectly clean and ready for my kiddos and I. The location of the home worked out perfectly. It seemed to be ablut 15 minutes from just about anything we wanted or needed. I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful home if you are looking to travel to the Bay City area. “We had a 2 night stay. We enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for all of us to be comfortable. I loved the kitchen and the double laundry machines. The king bed was super comfy. It was clean… the bedding was fresh. It was stocked decent. I had a pet and she had fun zooming around the backyard. My girls enjoyed watching the tv and playing with the toys from the toy cabinet. We will certainly book with Erica again, if we ever need an another rental in the area. Thank you for letting my……
