“A very well-equipped studio. I appreciated the full sized kitchen and fridge. There were markets close by which meant we could cook at the unit. Conveniently had a small washer and dryer and a supply closet in the lobby to refill washer/dryer tabs and dishwasher pods. The location was great. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, parking garages, etc. The mobile key and check in system was seamless. Wifi signal was good. The only minor issues were low water pressure in the shower intermittently……

“The property is located in a sketchy area of town. When entering/exiting we often found that there were people hanging around on the sidewalk or just waiting in cars near the building. Thankfully, we had no issues with any of them, but it was a bit concerning. The building itself doesn't have great curb appeal and is clearly quite old. “A great host, we actually arrived 30 minutes prior to check in, but he was still cleaning the property up for us. He apologized, and we couldn’t have been happier with the amazing views and the historic property itself. There are also a lot of neat memorabilia that the owner has throughout, and each of us enjoyed looking at all of it. Hopefully we were respectful guests.”
