Centerville on the Lake

This home exceeded our expectations. The lake activities were popular with young and old alike. The house was spectacular. Plenty of room for everyone and multiple activities indoors. Best house we have ever rented at the Cape.

Nantucket in Centerville

Certainly, Centerville does not compare to the island of Nantucket BUT the house does!! The details and decor were spot on. The views are breathtaking. And it is very peaceful. We were there in mid-June so possibly, the lake gets busier in July and August. We also slept great because it is so quiet. The basement deserves a review of its own! The younger adults played pool and watched movies in the great room. We never heard them while lounging in our master suite. We will be back!

Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion, even though it was December. The house was large enough to comfortably fit everyone and had a wonderful family room with amazing views of the pond where we gathered to play board games each night. The kids were able to get away from the grown ups in the second large family room downstairs if they wanted. We cooked at the property most nights (why go out with a large group when the house was so nice?) and the kitchen made it easy to cook for a large group. The property is about a 10 minute drive to the beach, but is on a pond and provides kayaks which would be fun in the summer. There is also a large yard and wonderful deck.
