「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Staff was less than friendly. Food was terrible. An animal pooped on the sidewalk and the poop stayed there the entire stay. I would never stay in this place again. The beach was great, however it is public. Very poorly managed. 」
