「This hotel is far away from being a 4* hotel. This is an old house, more like a 2*, maximum a 3* motel. A terrible place that I do not recommend to anyone. First, they gave us a room on the 1st floor with a window opening to the street with only one side curtain, impossible to have privacy. Totally unbelievable. So we had to change the room. All rooms were very basic and outdated, with no safe, and no telephone. The shower’s water was either too cold, or extremely hot, and no way to control. So,...

Contacted receptionist, and they fixed the shower and hot water in 30min. He was super apologetic and helpful. Gym next door is really loud at night. Now im still waiting over 2 hrs because they wanted to charge me for last night even though they have a reservation that says pre-paid. Helpful receptionist let me use hotel phone to...

The male receptionist wasn’t overly helpful but perhaps he had just started the job? Would definitely stay again but ask for a room away from the reception/dining area as it could be noisy.」
