Horseshoe Black Hawk Hotel & Casino - A Caesars Rewards Destination

"I booked on Expedia for the horseshoe casino, but because we had a pet, we were moved to Lady Luck, All was good but heads up pet owners this is not a pet-friendly hotel, no facilities for the dogs to do their business. Pet rooms are the farthest rooms away from everything! I would come back but would not bring my fur baby ever again! To be very honest I would not stay at either Horseshoe or lady much better places to stay within the same price range."

"The room was clean and the staff was accomodating. We arrived late and had to park in the EV parking Spot. There is another hotel next door which made the parking lot packed. The room was clean, but no shampoo in the shampoo bottle. Also, the curtains would not close due to being old and wrinkly. Flooring in our room has been updated to vinyl flooring. The building is just old."

"Breakfast ok, needed more options, hallways needed cleaning, the two k cup coffe makers we tried both leaked, we finally went and bought one, so we could have coffee,no ice machine .some one left opend half eaten food in the hallway, I reported it to front desk, when we left it was still there, 3 days total."
