“Even when the property is nice, the administration is the worst experience I've ever had: Parking was included, and they did not provide it. I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. The communication is really bad. Additionally, we were charged (externally from VRBO, an extra charge added to the 100% that we paid via VRBO. Without that payment, they would not……

“Legs fell off the table. All if them. Had been repaired before, by the look. Used razor in the shower. Dirt on the bathroom floor. Wiring was wonky. Some lights and hot water didnt work half the time. Our parking spot was given to someone else by the property owner. We had to use paid parking. The owner became unresponsive for days. Etc.”
