“Our stay at the house of prince was amazing! The villa is stunning! The check in process was really smooth and Ioannis was communicative and so helpful with anything we needed. Litsa, the housekeeper, was the absolute sweetest. She took such good care of the villa and was so helpful. Absolutely recommend to any families or groups!”

“The property is beautiful. Private yard and pool. Super well-maintained. Amazing view from living area upstairs. Think ahead for food; we arrived on a Sunday in mid-May and all the markets and most of the restaurants were closed. No dining facilities on site and don’t plan on “walking into town”, as it’s about 1.5 km away and it’s a steep uphill on the way back. Communication had challenges. On the eve of my departure for Greece, I received an email with check-in instructions all in Greek……

“15 of us came out and stayed a week to celebrate a 60th birthday party. The drive out from Athens was smooth with some twisty mountain roads. The house was lovely and exactly as seen in the images. The view and the pool were everything we could hope for. We were disappointed the coast road north of the villa was closed and "may" be reopened sometime in 2025. “We had the most amazing time in Achinos at Michael’s villa. The pictures don’t even come close to showing how beautiful it really is! Michael was always around to help with any questions and had so many great recommendations. He and his wife are such wonderful hosts. The villa is gorgeous, and the village has everything you need — a supermarket and some lovely restaurants all within walking distance. My nephew even learned to kite surf at a nearby camp, which was such a highlight! The beaches……

“Heaven on Earth. It is difficult to describe in a few words how maginifcent the house, the beach and the hosts are. It is absolutely amazing and even better than in the photos.As the house is one of the very few at the end of the road, it means the beach is almost private and you are 20-30 meters from others (and that is on a busy day).The beach is just in front of the house, soft send in and out the water.
