“I wanted to like this space but there were a few things that were really disappointing. First, when we arrived the location instructions were super confusing and ended up taking us to the wrong spot. Then as I was looking for the check in instructions from our host there were none and had to message the host for them. Because we were overwhelmed with trying to figure out where we were and if we were in the right space I didn't see the host replied to my question about the check in instructions……

“Room was clean, nice views. The hotel was a walking distance near paseo cayala.”

“Fast communication, new apt”

“This is not the building where we ended up staying. We arrived here and they had no record of our reservation. I reached out through VRBO to the host with no response. Thankfully the doorman at the building in this listing was able to give me the phone number of the person who hosts the rental. She told me that she was instead putting us in a building a block away. After I explained that we had a ton of luggage she had to come with her car and pick us up. The only reason we went forward with her……

“I am very pleased with our stay. Everything was cleaned and looked just like the picture very easy access a lot of restaurants and entertainment near by. Would definitely book again if I’m back in the area. Host was very accommodating easy communication and best of all fast and clear response. Thank you so much for hosting us.”

“The apartment was very nice and very clean and air-conditioning. Kept it perfect. Andrea was very responsive and nice to work with. We will stay here again when we come to the city.”
