"Absolutely no complaints. Had a great room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Pretty decent hotel gym. Air conditioning that actually worked. It’s a little bit removed from the center, but there are a couple of very good places to eat about a 10 minute walk, and a very nice mall that’s about a 20 minute walk. I would stay here again"

"Great staff and beautiful facilities, but the dog-friendly policy diminished our enjoyment. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the pet policy. A dog barked from another guest room during our stay and disrupted our rest. A hotel should be a quiet place to recover, not a space where other guests’ pets dictate the atmosphere. I would strongly encourage management to rethink allowing dogs on the property."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast options were good. The drains were slow and faucet switch to shower did not work well-plumbing is old and needs to be cleaned out well or replaced. Older design in the block with terrace so the balcony is not high and felt unsafe-definitely cannot book a terrace room with children. Overall great stay and I would stay again:"

"The property is my dream hotel, the staff is helpful and kind, the location is excellent my only issue is that the front desk did not make change. It's hard to leave tips when denominations under Q100 are very scarce and the hotel won't help."
