「Very clean and well maintained property. Property as described. Beautiful view and very peaceful. Would recommend to others and would come back again. 」

「Great location for a girls weekend. Close to shops and restaurants. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the shower (it hadn’t been cleaned prior to our check-in) but the customer service was fantastic and friendly. Both the on-site staff and Leavetown Staff are easy to work with. 」

「We had a big group of girlfriends stay in this awesome place for two nights. We parked and were able to walk everywhere to the local East Village bars, restaurants and shops. This is a great location. The space was beautiful! Very well decorated, very clean, plenty of space for all of us. Fun touches like ping pong and bags. We would definitely return! Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer.」

「Messaged host to get check in info. No reply until an hour and a half after check in time. Host canceled reservation with no explanation. 4 people with no place to stay late on a Friday. Total fraud, do not book. 」
