Erst nach einem Telefonat bekamen wir den Zugangscode – allerdings nie schriftlich, obwohl wir mehrfach per WhatsApp und E-Mail darum gebeten haben. 2. Kein heißes Wasser & Ignorierte Kontaktversuche (2 Tage): Zwei Tage lang stand uns kein warmes Wasser zur Verfügung. Unsere……

“Unser Aufenthalt in Thessaloniki war einfach perfekt. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – mitten im Zentrum, ideal um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Einkaufsmeile, Markt, Altstadt sowie zahlreiche Cafés und Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür. Vom Balkon aus hat man sogar einen Blick auf das Meer. Trotz der lebendigen Umgebung ist es im Apartment angenehm ruhig. Das Zimmer war großzügig, sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet, das Bad modern und stilvoll. “Gerne, ich formuliere dir eine kurze, runde Bewertung auf Deutsch: Es war ein super schöner Aufenthalt! Wir hatten sogar Meerblick von unserem Zimmer, was wirklich etwas Besonderes war. Die Lage ist top – mitten in einem lebendigen Viertel, daher kann es gelegentlich etwas lauter sein, aber das gehört einfach dazu. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft war hervorragend – alles super unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!”

“The apartments listed on Expedia are completely misrepresented. What we got was far from the modern, clean, well-equipped units shown in the photos. The reality was bland, dirty (stained sofas/pillows), smelly spaces (smoke/sewage) that lacked basic amenities (Missing essentials: no kettle, no washing machine (despite being advertised), barely any utensils/ cookware. Calling them “deluxe” is laughable. Do not trust the photos. I personally viewed multiple units on our floor and NONE of the……

“The apartment is very nice and as described. The apartment is modern, well designed and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay.”

“A very comfy apartment , 20 mins walk from the center of the town. Everything was clean and the space was adjusted to provide a very pleasant and quiet stay. It also provides parking slot with the sole downside that the places are very small, mostly suitable for small city cars. One of the days, another tenant parked so close to my car, that i could not even get inside, so I ordered a taxi to go to my meeting. But, you can't have it all. It still remains a very good choice. ”

“This place was such a disappointment. They call it a “penthouse,” but it’s really not. The kitchen curtains were dirty, the cutlery wasn’t clean, and there was no parking even though the listing said there would be. We ended up having to pay 100 euros for a nearby parking garage, which was super frustrating. On top of that, the AC barely worked so the apartment was cold, and the blow dryer didn’t work properly either — not exactly convenient for female guests. Overall, the apartment felt……
