「It’s close by to the main things you want to see in DC and street parking was pretty easy. The surrounding area was quiet. The apartment had everything you needed. The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. Would definitely recommend. 」

「Location is perfect.」

「Clean, cozy, well situated location with private parking available- a huge plus in DC. Host was very communicative and accommodations were comfortable.」

「It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. 」

「Great location, amazing accommodations. Stay here for your Washington DC vacation!」

「Overall great property and host. Had an issue with the A/C host came over at 8:30 pm to check it out and put in a portable unit and gave us a partial refund for the inconvenience.」

「3 adults stayed 4 nights. Apartment is small, but bedrooms and bathrooms are separated and good size. Nicely updated and clean. Kitchen is adequate. 10-15 min. walk to Metro (depending where you're going). A few resturants/bar within walking distance. Balcony was great to hang out on after sightseeing, but could use fresh cushions. Neighborhood is safe, friendly. There is a lot of street noise at all hours - didn't bother us, but could be a problem for light sleepers. Host was quick to respond...

「This was the perfect stay for our Mother/Daughter DC trip. We had six in our group and it was the perfect layout. We ended up using the Metro bus station near the house to get to the Capitol area and it was very smooth. Check in/out were very easy and the house was supplied with everything we needed.」
