「The Historic Wailuku Inn was absolutely lovely! The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated beach towels being provided. Free parking was also a plus! The biggest perk was Ian the chef! He was incredible!!! His food was delicious and he was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed getting to know him and all the care he took in providing for the guests. Ian was truly the cherry on top!」

「The hotel staff was very friendly. It is the prime location to access the beach with great snorkeling. We seen many tropical fish and a family of 6 stingrays swimming by us. The rooms are a little dated and the carpet had some stains but nothing major. I am picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and I felt comfortable there. The pool was awesome, it has a lazy river and a hidden jacuzzi which was great because it was over capacity and could enjoy it without feeling too crowded.」

「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。最后一天退房，前台居然没人。总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」

「The resort was beautiful, food was great however I wish they took care of the rooms as much as they did for their outside. Our shower had a lot of mold, stains in rug and spider webs. There are also hidden fees. There is $45/per day resort fee along with a $40/per day parking fee. So on top of your room fees be prepared to add on another 400.00 bucks depending on the number of days you stay.」
