「The staff throughout the whole resort were amazing and very helpful. Our check-in was kind of a cluster but they were quick to make it up to us. All in all we had a great trip because everyone was so accommodating and nice. 」

「Room mostly clean | Very minimal in room amenities, was just shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a bar of soap. Was disappointing for such an expensive and highly rated room | Check in staff were very friendly and kind. Even had popcorn for us to take to the room | Breakfast was wonderful and had several options | We could not get the room to cool down for several hours. We were sweating trying to sleep | The bed was not for us. It was very uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep all night....

「We stayed in room 117 and the light/exhaust van in the bathroom was extremely loud. We stayed 2 nights and it got louder the 2nd night so we were using the flashlight on our phones instead.
The place is super clean 」
