“The room was clean and modern and staff was responsive. The towels were thin, but okay. We could only get a few YouTube channels on TV and no local channels. There were steps inside the room that need to be marked clearly. Nearly tripped on them twice. Could have used hooks or place to hang clothes. Great location in Hastings though and would stay there again.”
