"There was trash including a blow up mattress outside the hotel. The hot tub was super cloudy and the strong chemicals made my whole family sick. We asked the hotel clerk if the hot tub was safe to use before getting in. She said yes, but it clearly was not. She stated it was just cloudy because it had been recently treated 2 minutes in it and we all got nauseous and started throwing up. It had to be some type of chemical imbalance. I reported it but they didn't seem to care. No breakfast, they said the kitchen was having trouble and closed. Awful experience!!!!"

"Zero response from GM or his boss after several emails, calls, and voicemails over the course of a week. And if they send an automated response to this complaint, then they really don't care, because I specifically asked over and over for someone to call me."

"My family was in town from Cleveland & Raleigh, NC for my niece's graduation from The Ohio State University. My daughter found this hotel on Expedia, loved the reviews, location and price!! The entrance is welcoming, staff friendly & competent, decorum was nice, the elevators, hallways and rooms were nice & clean. I usually don't sleep well in hotels (because I love my bed, lol), but the bed was very comfortable, and I got a good nite's sleep!! The continental breakfast was delicious!!😋😋 Would stay here again and refer this hotel to friends and family!!"
